Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to fabricate metal parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
– Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts
– Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
– Select the appropriate tooling and dies for each job
– Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
– Make adjustments to machine settings to ensure accurate dimensions and angles
– Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects
– Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow

Qualifications:
– Previous experience operating press brake machines is required
– Proficient in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
– Strong knowledge of tooling and fabrication techniques
– Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
– Experience with laser cutting and programming is a plus
– Mechanical knowledge and understanding of GD&T principles
– Ability to use hand tools safely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.17 – $24.29 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
