Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to fabricate metal parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Select the appropriate tooling and dies for each job
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Make adjustments to machine settings to ensure accurate dimensions and angles
- Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow

Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating press brake machines is required
- Proficient in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Strong knowledge of tooling and fabrication techniques
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Experience with laser cutting and programming is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of GD&T principles
- Ability to use hand tools safely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.17 - $24.29 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

SUMMARY

An organized and efficient person that has excellent attention to detail. The HR/Accounting Clerk shall be responsible for managing the daily finances as they relate to accounts payable and receivable, payroll/human resources and support the business service operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepare and process payroll.
  • Conducts all Human Resources transactions including onboarding of new staff.
  • Maintain employee benefits and accruals tracking systems.
  • Perform duties necessary for accounts payable and accounts receivable under the direction of the CFO, including bank deposits.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, various accounting and business service reports.
  • Prepare and maintain various spreadsheets for budgets and training.
  • Responsible for managing the Customer Invoicing process including scheduling of shipments, recording shipment tracking information, and the timely delivery of invoices to the customer.
  • Responsible for managing the Front Desk duties including greeting of visitors and directing callers to the proper recipient.
  • Responsible for the Inventory Control processes and procedures including receipts, movement, issues, adjustments and physical counts.
  • Responsible for managing the Customer Invoicing process including scheduling of shipments, recording shipment tracking information, and the timely delivery of invoices to the customer.
  • Responsible for management of the payroll processing from uploading the hours from the time and attendance system to submission of the payroll to the payroll service.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly company and business unit financial reports and supplemental schedules for senior staff and business unit managers.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Business Degree and/or 3 years of Experience in accounting/finance.
